Product guarantee?
The distributor will be liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the good. Hello Chic, will be liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the item – provided that it is the responsibility of Hello Chic, as well as for any manufacturing defect for a period of two years from the time of purchase of the item, provided that the consumer keeps the proof of purchase. HelloChic will not be responsible, under any circumstances, for those items that have been altered by incorrect or negligent use by the user. The warranty does not cover the wear and tear of the components that make up the article as it is subject to its use. The applicable prices are those indicated on the site on the date of the order.

The materials used are those traditionally used in jewellery and fine jewellery. Among them, Ciclón uses:

Ciclon jewelry is handmade in Spain.
What are our shipping costs?
Our shipping is a fixed rate depending on the size and weight of the items

We ship your orders through the company USPS.
How do I check the status of my order?
Through the tracking link that we will send you by email when your order leaves our facilities. With it you will be able to contact the carrier, determine the time of delivery and send the observations you need.
Refund and Refund Policy
We work hard and take pride in providing an excellent quality product for you. We personally handle the preparation of every shipment we sent to you.
However, we understand that sometimes, things out of our control may happen so, if you wish to return your jewelry for any reason other than a malfunction, it must be done within 15 days from the date received.
Item must be sealed in its original package. You, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds and as such, we will be providing a store credit for future purchases.
If you wish to return an item, please let us know your name, order number and an explanation for why you must return the items. We will get back to you withing 24 business hours.
